Daniel
R Henley, MD., FAAFP
Dr. Henley is a native of Michigan. He received his
medical degree from Michigan State University in May 1987. Dr Henley
has served in the United States Air Force for 31 years with his duties
ranging from staff physician, commander, and medical reviewer for
the Air Force surgeon general and his last assignment being Flight
Commander/Chief of Cadet/Flight Medicine Clinic at the United States
Air Force Academy. He was also a Team Physician for the Air Force
Academy. Dr. Henley was accepted into the Uniformed Services University
of Health Sciences and Georgetown University School of Medicine where
he completed his Fellowship in Sports Medicine from1999-2000. He has
served as teaching staff on two family medicine residencies and three
medical schools. Dr Henley is certified by the American Board of Family
Practice in Family Medicine and Sports Medicine. He is currently a
team physician for Colorado College and District 20 high schools.
Dr Henley will be available to see Family Practice and Sports Medicine
patients of all ages and will also perform minor surgeries. Dr Henley
is married to Tracy Henley and they have three children.

Jeffrey
R. Kent, MD
Dr. Kent was born at Eglin AFB, Florida. He and
his family moved to USAFA in 1969 where he graduated from Air Academy
High School as valedictorian. Dr. Kent received his B.A. from
the University of Colorado-Boulder. It is there where he did
extensive biochemical research with eventual Nobel Laureate, Dr. Tom
Cech. Dr. Kent received his medical degree from Baylor College
of Medicine and then completed his family practice residency at the
University of Texas-Houston. Dr. Kent returned home to practice
medicine in Colorado Springs in 1996. He and his wife, Cathy,
enjoy the outdoors, fishing and tennis along with their 6 children.
Dr. Kent loves the diversity of family medicine, and caring for his
patients thru all the stages of life. He is Board Certified
in Family Practice, and is a member of the American Academy of Family
Practice.

David
T. Zbylski, MD
Dr. Zbylski was born in Tacoma, Washington, into a military medical
family and lived in several different places during his childhood
years. He graduated from Mullen High School in Denver, and attended
medical school at the University of Colorado School of Health Sciences.
He completed his family practice residency at Womack Army Medical
Center and served in the United States Army Medical Corps for 11 years,
where his loves for travel, history and new cultures were further
developed. Dr. Zbylski lived in several states and overseas twice,
before returning to Colorado. He happily resides in Monument
with his wife, Renee, and their three daughters, and enjoys the outdoors
and sports activities. He is very enthusiastic about his choice as
a family practice physician, for he is given the opportunity
to care for patients from all walks of life. Dr. Zbylski is
Board Certified in Family Practice and is a member of the Colorado
Medical Society and the American Academy of Family Practice.

Susan
E. Kiley, MD
Dr. Kiley was born in New York but moved to Colorado as a child. She
recently moved back from the east to reside in Monument with her husband
and two children. Dr. Kiley received her medical degree from Brown
University and completed her pediatric residency program at the University
of Massachusetts. After several years practicing pediatric hospital
medicine, Dr. Kiley has returned to pediatric outpatient medicine
and enjoys working in the clinic. She is Board Certified in Pediatric
Medicine and is a member of the Colorado Medical Society and the American
Academy of Pediatrics.

Janette Linsky, M.D.
Dr. Linsky was born in Kansas but spent the majority of her
childhood in Arkansas. She completed her medical degree at the University
of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and her pediatric residency at Arkansas
Children's Hospital. She also completed a Chief Residency at Arkansas
Children's Hospital where she had a particular interest in early childhood
reading and was the site coordinator for the Reach Out and Read Program.
Dr. Linsky has recently moved from New England where she was the director
of a community hospitalist program. She lives in Colorado Springs with her
husband and daughter. She is Board Certified in Pediatric Medicine and is
a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Melissa
K. Ewer, MD
Dr. Ewer was born and raised in Marion, Indiana. She completed her medical degree at
Indiana University Medical School and her pediatric residency at Riley Children's
Hospital in Indianapolis. Out of residency she joined a private pediatric office in
Indianapolis where she was a partner for several years. She also worked at a county
health clinic part time to serve the underserved population in Indianapolis. Dr. Ewer also
spent many extra nights working in the pediatric emergency room and attending high risk
deliveries while covering the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at the Peyton Manning
Children's Hospital in Indianapolis. She then moved to Colorado with her husband and
practiced with Dr. John Genrich for three years before joining Aspen Creek Pediatrics.
She now lives in Colorado Springs with her husband and three children. She is Board
Certified in Pediatric Medicine and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Kimberly
R. Tibbs, MD
Dr. Tibbs is a graduate of Wright University College of Medicine Dr Tibbs went on to a
residency in Internal Medicine at Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. Dr. Tibbs is certified
by the American Board of Internal Board of Medicine she is accepting new patients into her
practice to include adults of all ages and acute illness as well as chronic conditions.
Dr Tibbs enjoys preventative and health maintenance medicine as well.
Married to a Family Practice physician she lives in Colorado Springs with her husband and two children.

Lara Bouvé, MSN, NP
Lara Bouvé NP was born and raised in Jacksonville,
Florida. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the
University of Florida, and then worked for ten years as a RN in Pediatric
Intensive Care. She graduated with honors from Belmont University in
Nashville in 1997 with a Master of Science in Nursing, specializing in
Family Medicine. She is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner and is
a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Lara enjoys the
challenges of caring for the families of the community that she lives in.
She loves spending time with her family, and is an avid college football
fan. Her husband Dave is an active duty officer in the US Navy, and they
have two daughters.

Brenda
VanderWel PA-C
PA VanderWel grew up on a dairy farm in South Dakota
and developed a love for science and medicine at a young age.
She received a bachelor's degree in biology from Dordt College and
graduated with honors from University of Nebraska College of Medicine
PA Master's program with a specialty in family medicine. She
has experience in rural family medicine, emergency room medicine and
asthma and allergy. Her particular interests are urgent care,
women's health and primary care for all ages. She has lived in
Colorado Springs with her husband Cor and three children the last
20 years. She enjoys gardening, piano, and getting together
with family and friends. She is board certified by the National
Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member
of the Colorado PA Association and the American Physician Assistant
Association.
